All meetings are recorded for minute purposes only.

Our meetings are usually held in Martin Village Hall at 19:30 on the dates listed. This includes a 10 minute public question time held before the start of the Parish Council meeting and the meetings should not be longer than 2 hours.

Everyone is welcome to attend our meetings unless there is a closed session.

Notice of the meetings and subsequent approved minutes are also displayed on the notice boards around the villages.

Dates and venue are subject to change due to unexpected circumstances.
